Adding recruiters to your stall
You can add new recruiters in the tab "stall settings" under team.
Please be aware that this is a crucial step, as only colleagues, that are added to the team have access to the event area. That means that the person, who signed up the exhibitor to the event needs to add all other colleagues that should have access to the event.
If you click on the edit button, a window pops up where you can type in the name of the team member.
Option 1: Your team member already has a Graduateland recruiter account
You can easily add them by selecting their name in the drop-down.
Option 2: They do not have a Graduateland recruiter account yet
No worries, you can easily add them by typing in their name. Then a link appears which you can use to invite them.
After adding them to your stall, the recruiters will receive an invite via email with a link to the event. Afterward, they have the same event access as you. So they can set up the stall, add 1:1 conversations, chat, etc.
Additional information for hybrid events
When you are participating in a hybrid event, you can share with the participants where they can meet the different stall representatives on the event day. 
- All the recruiters will be shown online as they have access to the online venue by being added to the stall.
- Recruiters that are on the physical venue, checkmark the “Also on location” box next to the recruiter's name.
The information will then be displayed on the candidate side within the stall.Delete
FAQ
I receive the error message that the email address is already attached to another company. What now?
One email address can only be attached to one employer profile. Please reach out to us via the support chat (green icon, button right) and ask us to reattach the user to the same company as you. After reattaching them, you should be able to invite them.
My colleagues did not receive an email. What now?
First, we recommend checking the spam folder. Alternatively, your colleagues can use the password reset on the recruiter log-in page to access the event area. They must use the email address that was used when they were invited to the team.
